This file claimed the irrigation 90.0 acres and declared two wells. We have observed one well bordering the eastern edge of the property. We're unsure if the other well is still in existence. Again, this water right has not been used since 1998, which reflects over 28 years of nonuse. What use there was in 1998 was a small portion of the 90.0 acres claimed. There are two domestic wells shown to be on the property under File No(s). T-02848 (allots 3.0 acre-feet per year) & T-06233 (allots 1.0 acre-foot per year). We have received well logs for both permits indicating the wells were drilled.
